Shipping Policy

We only ship orders to the Continental United States. All orders are shipped UPS or Fed-Ex ground unless otherwise specified. For next day shipping or special arrangements, please contact customer service at 800-476-7496 or at customerservice@bpimedicalsupply.com. Orders received by 2:30 PM EST will be shipped that day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day. We ship from one of 10 warehouses around the country. Invoices with multiple items may be delivered in separate packages. When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number, you can use this tracking number to get the estimated arrival time of your package. We charge a flat shipping fee of $9.95 for all orders.
Due to the high cost of shipping, an additional charge will be added to large and bulky items at checkout. This additional charge will be clearly noted on the items product page.

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada.

No-Hassle Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, credit or exchange. All returns must be salable and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. BPI Medical Supply will only pay return shipping costs if returned items arrived damaged or defective. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us at customerservice@bpimedicalsupply.com or phone us at 1-800-476-7496.

The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package when you return it.

Prices and Products

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. BPI Medical Supply and Boothwyn Pharmacy are not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.
