Do you have a physical store?

Yes. For our walk-in customers, our store is located in Boothwyn, PA. This site is the online store for Boothwyn Pharmacy.

How much is shipping?

We charge a flat shipping fee of $9.95 for all orders. Due to the high cost of shipping, an additional charge will be added to large and bulky items at checkout. This additional charge will be clearly noted on the items product page.


When will my order ship?

Orders received by 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day Monday through Friday. Orders received after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the following Monday. For next day shipping or special arrangements, please contact customer service via our Contact form, or you may also phone us locally at + 1 800-476-7496 or toll free at + 1 800-476-7496.


What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship via UPS or Fed-Ex ground unless otherwise specified.


How do I return something?

Please visit our Shipping and Returns page to find answers regarding returning items.


How can I check on my order?

When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number, you can use this tracking number to get the estimated arrival time of your package. Alternately, you can also check on your order in any of these three ways below:

  1. Go to our Lookup Order History page and enter your info.
  2. Send an email via our Contact form.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?

No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.


Do you ship internationally?

No, we ship only within the Continental United States. We also do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada.
